How do I order?
The shop software is a pretty much straightforward xt:commerce online shop. Put the desired things in the basket, and continue to the checkout, once you're done. There, you need to enter a shipping address and a billing address, as well as choose a payment option (PayPal or bank transfer).
What happens after my order?
You should receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order and payment instructions. You can either use the Paypal link in the email, or the bank details for a bank transaction. Your order will be shipped after the money has arrived. Also, I'll notify you as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
I didn't get the confirmation email. What should I do?
The confirmation mails seem to get eaten by overanxious spam filters occasionally. You could check if the email is in your spam folder there, or contact me via the contact formular. I'll send out the confirmation email again manually.
I paid, but neither heard anything for a week, nor received my order.
Probably the dispatch confirmation was swallowed by a spam filter, or something went wrong with the bank transaction. I'll usually contact costumers a week or two after the order when no payment has been received. You can also log in again to check the status of your order - if it says "Deliverd", then the order is on its way to you, but the email has benn lost.
Hey! The prices constantly change!
In this case, I have updated the currency exchange rates. The products have fixed Euro values, the prices in Britisch Pounds and US Dollars are calculated according to the current exchange rate. By the way, I'd appreciate it if you chose Euros as currency. Makes bookkeeping that much easier.
