This model is suited for a variety of subjects, ranging from modern shanty towns to post-apocalyptic gang hideouts.

The door is wide enough for a 25 mm base, and the interior is fully detailed, which makes this shack ideally suited for small-scale skirmish games. The upper floor has narrower walls to allow miniatures to look (and shoot) out. This makes the building especially suitable as guard house.

Each kit consists the following parts:
- seven different, randomly selected wide wall pieces
- one random narrow wall piece
- a curtain
- a sloped roof piece
- a floor piece
- 10 connector pieces
- one ladder
